Silent Night

Created with Christmas Eve celebrations in mind, full of the flavours of seasonal flavours.

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Dark Rum
  • 15 ml Tawney Port
  • 1 bar spoon of Apricot brandy
  • 2 bar spoon of Cramberry sauce
  • 1 Vanilla pod

Method

Scoop the seeds from the vanilla pod into the shaker with all the ingredients add ice, shake and double Strain into a Julep tankard add crushed ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick, red currants and a sprig of mint.
