This is named after my mother Rosa it reflects her bubbly, gentle loving nature.
- 20ml white rum
- 10ml peach schnapps
- 30ml cranberry juice
- 20ml white peach puree
Pour all the ingredients except the Champagne into a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into a chilled champagne flute and top up with Champagne and stir. Garnish with a rose petal.
