Velvet Rosa

This is named after my mother Rosa it reflects her bubbly, gentle loving nature.

Signature Cocktail - Velvet Rosa

Ingredients

  • 20ml white rum
  • 10ml peach schnapps
  • 30ml cranberry juice
  • 20ml white peach puree
  • Champagne

Method

Pour all the ingredients except the Champagne into a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into a chilled champagne flute and top up with Champagne and stir. Garnish with a rose petal.
