Salvatore had the pleasure to meet esteemed Italian Journalist Bruno Vespa at the Baglioni Hotel in London on the occasion of the launch of his prestigious wines from Puglia in London. The event was organised and hosted by fashion designer Angelo Galasso and Dylan Jones, editor of GQ Magazine.
Salvatore was delighted to be asked to provide a cocktail list for the event.
Guests were welcomed with ‘Il Vespaio’ an exclusive creation using Vespa’s sparkling rose wine ‘Noitre’ together with honey from the region, moscato grappa and grapes.
During the evening guests also enjoyed a special menu designed for the occasion by celebrity chef Giorgio Locatelli to match the wines.
