Inspired by the colours of autumn, unusually fresh and smooth with a delicate finish of chestnut.
- 30ml vodka
- 10ml grand marnier
- 2 bar spoon of chestnut jam
- dash egg white
Place all the ingredients except the champagne in a shaker filled with ice, shake hard and sharp, strain into an Art Deco Coupe, top up with champagne and stir. Garnish with orange twist and use an Autumn leaf as a coaster.
