This lovely cocktail was created for my daughter on the occasion of her 18th Birthday.
- 40ml Vodka
- 15ml Campari
- 15ml Framboise liqueur
- 15ml elderflower cordial
- 10ml fresh lemon juice
- ½ slice fresh pineapple
- 2 thin slices red chili pepper
Cut the pineapple into chunks and place in the bottom of the shaker and muddle to extract the juice. Add the remaining ingredients and ice and shake sharply. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of orange, if you prefer a sweeter finish crust the glass with a sugar rim before preparing the cocktail.
