Carbonated Corpse Reviver

This is my twist on the classic which we serve in my bar: unusual and very tasty.



  • 30ml Gin
  • 30ml Cocchi Americano
  • 30ml Triple sec
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 30ml Pinot Grigio
  • 40ml still water
  • 1 dash Absinthe


Mix all the ingredients in a mixing glass without ice, then cover with cling film and allow to chill in a freezer for 30-50 minutes. Pour into a syphon and charge with carbon dioxide, then bottle, add a crown cap and refrigerate – this keeps for a long time. Serve with 2 lumps of ice.
