Impress your guests at Christmas with this Martini style cocktail full of intriguing flavours.
- 50 ml Frozen Tanqueray 10
- 5 ml White Crème de cacao
- a small round of Christmas pudding
- 20ml smoky malt whisky (eg: Talisker or Lagavulin 16)
Soak the Christmas pudding in the whisky. Pour the remaining ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Remove the pudding from the whisky with a teaspoon set light to it and drop into the cocktail. Once you have enjoyed the drink you can eat the pudding. Salute and Merry Christmas!
