Liven up your Easter Sunday Breakfast, not for the little ones though!!
- 25ml Marsala, Italian fortified wine
- 25ml Brandy (or dark Rum)
- 1 medium egg (free range organic)
- 2 teaspoons white castor sugar
- grated nutmeg
Place all the ingredients in the glass of a Boston Shaker, using a bar spoon mix well , add ice, shake long and hard to emulsify the egg. Strain into a cocktail glass or for an extra touch, into a clean empty egg shell which has been stored in the freezer overnight. Grate some white chocolate on top. Happy Easter!!
