Horse’s Fizz

This cocktail has a unique bitter sweet combination, refreshing with a hint of pungent horseradish and reflects the clever creativity of Davide Colombo formerly one of my team at the Playboy Club.



  • 35ml Vodka
  • 35ml Cocchi Americano
  • 10ml fresh lime juice
  • 5ml sugar syrup
  • top up with horseradish soda
  • 1 litre of water
  • 15cm horseradish root
  • 80gr sugar
  • 100ml vodka


Place the Vodka, Cocchi Americano, lime juice and syrup in a shaker filled with ice. shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass and top up with the horseradish soda and stir.

For the soda:

Peel the horseradish and cut in small pieces. Put it in the water and leave at room temperature for 1 hour. Filter and add the rest of the ingredients. Charge in a soda siphon with 2 soda bullets.
