Named after my sons this is an interpretation of a really old classic from Jeremiah P. Thomas.

Signature Cocktail - Jon and Gerry


  • 30ml Appleton V/X
  • 30ml Remy Martin
  • 45ml Hazelnut milk
  • 2 quail eggs
  • 25ml sultana syrup


Shake all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice strain, pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with grated Tonca beans.
