An elegant taste sensation with a sweet orange flavour, combined with the floral notes of the cognac.

Ingredients
- 30ml Cognac
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 dash egg white
- 3 bar spoons honey syrup
- Champagne
Method
Pour all the ingredients except the champagne into a shaker filled with ice, shake hard and sharp to allow the egg to emulsify, strain into a chilled Art-Deco champagne coupe. Top up with champagne and stir. Garnish with a mint leaf on top of the drink.
