Truly a celebration of all things Scottish!

This long and refreshing whisky drink is served in a ‘Game of Thrones’ style of drinking horn.

A delicious blend of whisky and whisky liqueur, imbued with the delicate flavours of heather and lavender, a hint of smokiness comes from the Talisker Whisky

Tartan Salvatore Calabrese


  • 40ml Haig Club Whisky
  • 10ml Talisker 10yr old
  • 15ml Drambuie
  • 10ml Honey Syrup
  • 25ml fresh Lemon Juice
  • dash of Dandelion Bitters
  • top up with Heather and Lavender Soda





Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.

Shake and Strain into a highball glass (or your Viking Horn) filled with ice.

Top up with the Heather and Lavender Soda.

Garnish with a sprig of lavender.

Prepare the Heather and Lavender Soda as follows:

Poor 700ml of water in a heavy based sauce pan together with 100ml of mild honey and 10gr of dry heather flowers.

Bring it to boil at medium temperature and leave it boiling for 5min.

Remove from heat and add 4.5gr of dry lavender flowers, cover and leave it to cool.

Fine strain, poor into a soda siphon and charge with 2 soda charges.
