METHOD – TO MAKE THE PUREE
Cut the strawberries and put it in a bowl. Peel and cut the Tamarillo in small pieces and add it to the Strawberries and blend. Add the sugar and mix it very well, followed by the citric and ascorbic acid and mix it very well. Pour into a clean bottle and store it in a fridge.
TO MAKE THE DRINK
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass over a single chunk of ice and garnish with a fried basil leaf.
