METHOD
Mix the lemon and lychee juice together and pour the juices into a small jug. In a shaker filled with ice, pour all the other ingredients and shake, then strain into a coupe glass with large lump of ice. Gently pour the juices into the drink and watch the rainbow of colours dance within the glass.
