INGREDIENTS
30ml White Rum 20ml Manzanilla Sherry 10ml Agave Infused with Chilli 15ml Banana Liqueur 5ml Lime Juice Top up with Champagne
METHOD
Place all ingredients, apart from the Champagne, into a shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled flute glass, top up with Champagne and stir.
