Cocktails and Drinks | Physco — Salvatore Calabrese

Alfred Hitchcock’s iconic 1960 film was full of suspense, twists and turns. Likewise, this cocktail makes a potent impression thanks to its unexpected ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Calvados
25ml Sassy Cidre Brut Syrup
40ml Cristalier Apple Vermouth
10ml Verjus

METHOD

Stir all ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Dress half of the outside of the glass with red apple dust.
