Inspired by Terence Stamp—star of some of the Sixties’ most celebrated films—this eye-catching cocktail is vibrant in hue and vivid in flavour.

 
 
 

 INGREDIENTS – FOR THE DRINK

45ml Pisco Re-distilled with Green Cardamom
5ml Pino Mugo
20ml Lemon Juice
4 Basil Leaves
20ml Blackberry Syrup
10ml Slimline Tonic

FOR THE GREEN CARDAMOM PISCO

2 Bottles of Pisco
10gr Green Cardamom

 

METHOD – TO MAKE THE CARDAMOM PISCO

Put the ingredients in A Rotavapor and distill; Speed: 210, Bath: 52, Vacuum: 64 bar, Cold: 8, Timing: 60 minutes.

TO MAKE THE DRINK

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over a single ice chunk and garnish with green shiso leaves.
