METHOD – TO MAKE THE PUNCH
Cut the passion fruits and squeeze them into a bowl, add the passion fruit juice and mix well.(Solution A). Blend all the spices and add them to the hot water and allow to cool (Solution B). When the Solution B is cold, combine with solution A and mix it very well, followed by the spirits and sugar. Add the lemon juice and the milk, stir the mixture and leave to rest for one hour. Fine strain into a bottle and store it in the fridge.
TO MAKE THE DRINK
Pour the clarified punch directly into a coupe glass over a single ice cube and top up with Champagne.
