Franklin Cobbler

A great interpretation of a Cobbler, full of fruity earthy flavours. Also great as a party drink and can be made in a large quantity and served in a punch bowl.



  • 50ml Bourbon
  • 20ml crème de fraise
  • dash simple syrup
  • quarter slice of orange
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 2 strawberries


Gently muddle the orange, mint and strawberries in the bottom of a large wine glass. add the remaining ingredients and fill the glass with crushed ice. stir vigorously and Garnish with a quarter slice of orange and mint leaf.
