The silky texture of this drink with the gentle flavour of the Tamarind is hidden behind the smokey aroma of this unusual cocktail.



  • 50ml Tamarind Tequila
  • 25ml fresh grapefruit juice
  • 10ml fresh lime juice
  • 10ml Agave Nectar
  • pinch of sea salt

For the Tamarind Tequila:

  • 6 – 8 Tamarind fruits
  • 1 bottle Tequila


Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, smoke an old fashioned glass with applewood using a smoke gun and add a large single lump of ice, shake and strain the ingredients into the prepared glass… serve quickly to enjoy the intense smokey flavour.

To make the Tamarind Tequila:

Peel off the skin of the Tamarind Fruits and infuse in a bottle of good quality Silver Tequila for one month.
