Iconic No. 5

A seductive Cocktail like the famous french perfume. Pour Femme.



  • 50ml Vodka
  • 25ml St Germain
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice
  • champagne foam

For the champagne foam:

  • 50 grams white castor sugar
  • 500ml flat champagne
  • 100 ml egg white
  • 2 CO2 Cream bullets


Pour all the ingredients, except the Champagne foam, into a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into a chilled coup glass and top with Champagne foam. Garnish with a dried rose pegged on the rim of the glass and sprayed with Chanelle No 5

To make a Champagne foam:

Dissolve castor sugar in the flat champagne in a pan over a gentle heat to obtain a champagne syrup, allow to cool, bottle and store.

Charge a siphon with the syrup, the egg white, and the CO2 cream bullets to make the foam.
